Inventors, purchasing a booth at INPEX gives you access to a number of different opportunities. Product reviews, awards, Inventor’s University – these are all resources available to exhibitors at INPEX.
Today I’d like to tell you about another service INPEX offers to exhibitors – our Hometown Publicity program. Through this service, an INPEX publicist writes a press release about your invention (what it does, what the benefits are, how you came up with the idea) and sends it out to newspapers and television and radio stations in your area.
Though we can’t control whether an editor or producer will decide to cover your invention, we can put the idea out there. And, in years past, the Hometown Publicity service has resulted in INPEX inventors being written about in local papers, interviewed on radio shows, and featured with their inventions on local TV news programs.
The Hometown Publicity program is a free service for any inventor who purchases an INPEX booth by April 30, 2008. The reason for the cut-off date is that it takes time for our publicists to write a release, send it out and follow up with producers and editors. So, book your booth before April 30th to take advantage of this publicity opportunity!
On another note: since the informational links I’ve provided in past blogs have proved so popular, I’ll make it a point to post new ones as often as possible. This week, I’d like to direct you to the InventHelp News site, where you can find all sorts of interesting and entertaining articles about new products and technologies. Be sure to check it out!
